After nearly twenty years of pursuing the Doi Moi (Renovation) policy set by the Communist Party, Vietnam’s trade sector has witnessed consistent development and recorded outstanding achievements.
As part of implementing close collaboration between the trade management agencies, including the Ministry of Trade, local trade departments, trade and tourism departments, and domestic and foreign-invested enterprises, the Vietnam Trade Information Center of the Ministry of Trade launch a bilingual Vietnamese-English Book entitled
“Vietnam Trade Yearbook 2005”.
The book covers the following contents:
Part 1. Section of Ministry of Trade
1- Functions, duties, and organization structure of the Ministry of Trade
2- The Ministry of Trade’s subordinate units
3- Vietnam’s overseas trade offices
Part 2. Local trade departments & trade and tourism departments
Including information on the machinery of local trade departments, trade and tourism departments, trade and tourist operations over the past three years, and the best-performing businesses.
Part 3. Trade statistics
Providing an overview of Vietnam Trade Performance in the 2002 to 2004 period, including trade statistics, import, export, and foreign investment data etc.
Part 4. Latest trade legal documents.
We expect the book to be a practical and useful reference for corporate managers, business owners, and those who want to do business in Vietnam. |
